Learning, how to learn is an essential skill for all learners, particularly for our younger generation in schools.
With this skill, scoring centum in School Exams and success in Competitive Exams like NEET, IITJEE, NATA, Deemed University Entrance Exams, SAT, KVPY, Olympiad, etc., will be very much within their reach.
We equip the learners with this essential skill through our “Art of Learning Program”. The program is specifically designed to enhance the learning capabilities at the same time reduce their cognitive load. This is a 20 hour program, offered through contact and online classes.
We propose the following two programs for School Teachers:

• Art of Learning.
• Teaching for Learning Assurance

Art of Learning Program addresses the academic challenges faced by students and methods used to overcome them. Students normally listen to us, when they are convinced, not when they are advised. Hence this program is designed with the research findings from the domains of neuroscience, cognitive psychology, biology, and pedagogy, so that they can be convinced of their real capabilities and responsibilities towards their own development. Also, we cannot expect our students to excel in their academics without teaching them how to learn.

Teaching for Learning Assurance

After investing multiple hours in preparatory work, we enter our classrooms with lots of hope and deliver the fruits of our hard work. Students do respond well in the classroom and homework assignments. Parents also extend their full cooperation in their ward’s academic development. Still with all the good intentions and support of stakeholders, ie., teachers, students, and parents, many are disappointed with the test performance. Rightly, educational leaders have been raising the slogan, “You are teaching, are they learning? in educational conferences.

A wealth of knowledge has been developed out of research on the topic from different parts of the globe. With the help of these research findings, we can easily solve the problem and move the class average mark towards centum and its standard deviation towards zero. The contents of this program can be co-created to meet the specific requirements of your school.
